Please inspect your order, you have 72 hours from receipt of your order to alert us of a problem and make a claim.
No returns on the following items:
- Any goods that have been washed or used
- Re-labeled items
- Discontinued styles
- Decorated styles
All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
All claims have to be approved. Please email email@example.com to explain the problem with merchandise, and to get a Return Authorization Number (RA). Write your RA number on your invoice. Enclose a copy of the invoice in your package and write your RA number on the outside of your package.
